FOR PARENTS:

When/Where will my supplies be delivered?

Your supplies will be delivered to the school in the summer prior to the start of the new school year. You can pick them up at Open House or on the first day of school.

Who should I contact if I have a question?

You should contact your School/PTA/PTO representative.

FOR SCHOOLS/PTAs/PTOs:

What do I need to do to receive a free price quote?

Either send us your existing supply lists or fill out the simple one-page supply request sheet we provide that lists the supplies commonly requested by teachers.

Can the program serve as a fundraiser?

Yes. At your request USS can include a specified fundraising amount in the price of each kit. The USS order form also provides parents the option to submit voluntary donations to be used for students in need and additional classroom supplies.

Do we need to provide volunteers to deliver the supplies?

No. Our professional team members are experienced and can work independently to deliver and sort supplies.

Is satisfaction guaranteed?

Yes. USS invoices for service after the supplies have been delivered.

Can you deliver supplies in bulk?

Yes. USS can deliver supplies in individually-labeled student kits or in bulk, depending on your preference.

Do you take orders after the school's ordering period has closed?

Yes. USS usually can accommodate late orders for a short time after the order period has closed.
