United School Supplies Referral Program - 3 Simple Steps:
1. Make a Referral - Recommend USS to a school/PTA/PTO representative you know or complete the form below and provide us with their contact information.
2. Success! - If a new school/PTA/PTO (not currently a USS client) partners with USS for the next school year based on your referral, we’ll contact you using the contact information provided by you or your referral.
3. Reward - As our thank you for helping to bring quality supplies and convenience to other schools, USS will deliver additional supplies of your choice or a check made payable to your student’s school. The value of the reward is dependent on the number of kits ordered at the new school:
- Under 100 Kits Ordered = $400
- 100 or More Kits Ordered = $1,000
